We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

• 4th of Sept 2021, Sign contract to replace cabinet fronts in Kitchen and Main Bath, paid half of cost, asked how long for project to be completed, 2 to 3 months, was what we were told.
• Week of the 4th of Oct 2021, received a call from the measurers they will be out to measure, picked 8th of Oct 2021 for that measurement.
• Was called from office manager (she said that was who she was), they said we will have our install done before Thanksgiving 2021.
• Called Dec 6, 7, 8, 9, 13th, 2021, finally talked to live person, which was a lady named Dawn, she said not everything came in, she then said the job would be done before Christmas again 2021.
• Called multiple times in Jan and Feb 2022, left messages no response, tried calling Sean the salesperson no answer, at this point I was getting everything ready to contact Channel 3 (3 on my side) We felt like this company just stole our money.
• Call from Dawn, I agreed to March 8-10, 2022 install, I also said I don’t want them coming if they don’t have everything. She agreed. No call, from Dawn installer call and ask if the 14-16 would work.
• March 14-16th, 2022. No communication from Dawn, so assume everything is in now. Installers showed up, start doing their thing. March 15th during the install the installer said, we noticed that not everything was here, missing doors and drawl facing, crown molding, trim around Island, and floor molding. I asked about the Bathroom, and they said, it wasn’t part of the contract, I said look at the contract, and I said when you were here to measure you measured the bathroom, So they said they would have to go back to office to find out where everything was. 3 more days of time off, getting really upset now, called Dawn no answer left message no call back.
• May-June 1st, 2022 – still no communication, reached out again, left VM, someone called saying Dawn no longer works here I need to talk to some one in Texas?? I am thinking Texas. Can’t remember his name, (Rick?) he said he would look into this.
• July 14th, 2022, received a call from installer they are at my house, they finally have everything in, would like to finish install. I said I am at work, they said I was called and oked this date and time. I said no one called to schedule this. But I didn’t want delayed because on me.
• July 15th, 2022, the installer said I am sorry to tell you that not everything is here, no crown molding, and a couple other molding pieces missing. They said they would need to order it.• * Sept 26th, called the local office, they said they don’t take calls at this location, I said I wanted to talk to owner or office manager, was told not available and that I needed to call the call center. Called the call Center no manage available, but that they would call me as soon as they become available, if they don’t call back, then the call center person Would call me back. Well as expected no call this week at all.
* Project took over a year to finish, they finished the end of Sept 2022..
This project has been a nightmare, this company obviously doesn’t care about the customer, or communication to their customers. All the Lies… We are now at over one year later and still our project is not complete. My Wife and I have had to take time off, to a tune of around $2000.00 +. This is unacceptable, our kitchen was unusable for months, causing stress and anxiety to our family.
I would like to hear from someone at this company on how they plan to compensate us for all the things we were put through over the last year. This was totally unacceptable; I am just at a lost to how we have been treated over the last year with this company. How can this company have any good reviews, I can’t be the only customer that has had this problem, in the Phoenix AZ Area.
Like everything else with this company, nothing will come of this.

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
