Justin and Warren came to do our installation of our middle bath yesterday and these young men are wonderful. Very polite, courteous, and professional. For the 12 hours they were here they stayed on task every step of the way. They were amazing at maneuvering the pieces of our old tub out of our very narrow bathroom and squirrelly hallways - never touched a wall - amazing. They were precise with every piece they cut for the new bath install and they cleaned EVERYTHING up with precision and detail at the forefront. Amazing young men - I will recommend this company to ANYONE wanting to upgrade their bathrooms. Thank You for the quality and training you've invested in your people. Looking forward to seeing today's install for our master bath. Day 2 - Master Bath : Justin and Warren showed up on time and again got right down to business - they worked diligently all day and evening removing the old shower, making templates for each piece that needed to be installed, properly preparing each wall and floor for the new products (this IS an old house) they met each challenge with pure professionalism and the quality of their work was spot on. At the end of a very long day these young men presented us with an AWESOME new shower that is Beautiful and top quality work. Can't thank you gentlemen enough for your pleasant, professional attitude and am so thankful for your determination and skill. Thank you so much. Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. Fortunately Anthony made it an easy and a stress free process to pick something nice out while being mindful of a budget. The overall result is awesome and the cabinets look great. Will be in touch on the next remodel!

Veny and his team did an incredible remodel and overhaul of our kitchen. We hit a few bumps along the way (as any remodel does) and Veny was amazing and helpful, full of solutions and was still able to get everything done on our timeline!

We contracted Legacy to remodel 3 bathrooms and a powder room located in our home in North Scottsdale. The planning meetings were well organized, details reviewed and double checked prior to the start of the project. They are great to work with.
Derek our project manager did a fabulous job coordinating the subs, communicating with us on a regular basis, providing us with photos of the progress, and was at our job site daily. We had so much confidence in him and Legacy that we provided him access to our home, as we were not in town during the project.
Working with Debra was wonderful! We shopped together at her suppliers and she was dilignet about keeping to our was budget, she has an eye for color, texture, and product coordination and was not willing to settlebut rather continue to make sure we had the right pieces! The end result is just what I wanted and each bathroom has a WOW look.
I highly recommend Legacy and would use them again.
