Tom and Anthony were outstanding! They installed my shower with such precision and professionalism. My bathroom looks so beautiful and much better than I expected. The pictures don't do it justice. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Holtzman home improvement and the holtzman family are just awesome. I've done business with the holtzman family for over 10 years and have been fantastic to work with. They even donated to the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix to help remodel their game room when I asked if they could help out. The drywall repair work was done so well that the damage could not be seen. Excellent work, excellent clean up. I would highly recommend. Also, they went above and beyond to make us happy.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

Huge shout out to Tom (plumber) who came to our house today to fix a clog in our line that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was in and out in about a half hour -- leaving a clean, flowing drain for us! I just contacted PJH yesterday to report this plumbing issue, so I was thrilled by how quickly they and Tom came to our rescue!

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! We now have a beautiful kitchen!! Thank you!

Veny and team saved our project after we lost another stone fabricator and installer. They were quick to respond, incredibly professional, and finished their work on time with a high attention to detail.

We contracted Legacy to remodel 3 bathrooms and a powder room located in our home in North Scottsdale. The planning meetings were well organized, details reviewed and double checked prior to the start of the project. They are great to work with.
Derek our project manager did a fabulous job coordinating the subs, communicating with us on a regular basis, providing us with photos of the progress, and was at our job site daily. We had so much confidence in him and Legacy that we provided him access to our home, as we were not in town during the project.
Working with Debra was wonderful! We shopped together at her suppliers and she was dilignet about keeping to our was budget, she has an eye for color, texture, and product coordination and was not willing to settlebut rather continue to make sure we had the right pieces! The end result is just what I wanted and each bathroom has a WOW look.
I highly recommend Legacy and would use them again.

Anthony and his team are well organized and excellent communication all through out the project. When the project was completed my home was left better then expected and I have high expectations!

I had them do some major remodeling at my church and my office.
They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

UPDATE O5/22/2021
I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!
