He now has a maintenance plan that provides twice a year maintenance with discounts on repairs, discounts on new equipment, and extended warranties on repairs and parts. Dealing with George just gets better and better.

Update: During our last visit, I signed up for the maintenance agreement which costs me $13 a month. For that, I get two maintenance services per year and 20% off any repairs. We’ll, I needed a repair and got $68 off the price of the part. My math tells me the $13 per month exactly pays for the two service tune-ups, so I am already $68 ahead of the game due to the repair discount. Again, even though my HVAC is 18 years old, no pressure to replace it. Air Control continues to be the best value in the business and continues to be the only HVAC contractor with which I will do business.
