Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

We used ATR to hang wallpaper, mount a TV, and make general repairs. They did an amazing job at a very good price. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned everything up when done. While they were here, they made some additional repairs we didn’t even mention in the original call. It was amazing to see how well all the repairs were completed. I’m not sure there is anything this team can’t do. I’m so happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again!

I was recruited to be an operator for Sundt, I quit my last job and gave up an amazing schedule and benefit package. I did 2 trainings over 2 weeks to be on an Intel site. The day I was supposed to start my wife got covid and I called in to inform the supervisor and to ask what I should do. I was told to be tested and regardless of the results I needed to quarantine for 10 days. My test was negative as it was sent in and after the 10 days, the foreman called to inform me his work was put on hold and to not come in until further notice. As about 2 months passed by I was given the run around and never contacted or had calls/texts replied to. Contacted the recruiter and was told in the system I was inactive and terminated. Thank you Sundt Constrction for coming to me for work and taking away what lively hood I had and not being able to pay bills, support my family, and wasting my time. Horrible business practice, unprofessional supervisors and I’ve never been this disappointed in a company who says that have “values”…

CLW Construction replaced my shower-tub with a walk-in shower. They did a fine job. The estimate was reasonable, and what I ended up paying was what he estimated. They showed up when they said they would, and the work took as long as the original estimate. If I do any more remodeling, I'll call them first.

Princeton Construction takes care of their customers. They do the job right and provide first class service. Pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts!
