All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

Eric, Cameron & crew were quick to respond to our water damage situation. Gave us thorough information of the extent of the damage and a prompt quote to give to our insurance company. Once the approval was given they were readily available to start. They were conscientious about their work, our health and living situation. They were excellent at keeping us informed of what they found, what was needed and necessary procedures. They found excellent contractors to help complete the work. We highly recommend BOR Avondale. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
