We had a really good experience with Five40. I didn't have to worry too much about coordination, which is always my fear with house projects. The pricing was straightforward, the work was great and they addressed every concern I brought up throughout the process.

Our project was somewhat unique: filling in a sunken part of my floor, installing a new door and navigating the city permit process for that and a new window.

We're hoping to work with them again when we're ready to remodel our kitchen.

My neighbor with the same kitchen layout paid twice as much for the same great look that I got w/Granite Transformations for less than half the price plus a lifetime warranty! That's a no brainer! We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

I'm so upset. At first everything was going well, picked out my cabinets, paid cash in full, had an ETA of 9/10, called to get an update, got VM two days in a row, texted my sales person, no call back & no response. Called again twice the following week, and spoke to someone that couldn't give me any answers, was supposed to call me back, never received a callback. Got a hold of someone again today and they promised to call me back by 4 o'clock before their office closes....and big surprise, no callback. She kept saying no problem, no problem....well, it is a problem and I'm feeling like I've been scammed. I recommend anyone considering using this company, proceed with caution.... I now need to drive to Tempe and figure out what is going on... so frustrating. Not the way to conduct business!!

Update: the manager scheduled delivery a couple days following this review. Received my cabinets, delivered over a couple of weeks, but received them. Happy with the product. I'm a person that likes to be kept informed, the unknowing and no call back just makes me nervous. Thanks to the manager for getting this resolved.
