Best Commercial Jobs in Phoenix AZ
I was impressed that there are no subcontractors. All work is taken care of by the company. This makes it easy to complete the job.
It is a one stop shop. Their designers help to pick out materials. Very professional.

This company who has been doing. Kitchen And master bath remodel at my mom's house for going on 15 weeks now (scheduled for 6-8) is wanting to charge extra to fix their miss measurements and shotty workmanship. Project manager has lack of communication never know when someone is showing up to do work or not. I would never recommend or use this company for anything again. This is just brief synopsis of the issues more to come.

We spoke to 3 different local contractors before choosing FHR for our home remodel. While it seemed like a daunting venture to find a reliable contractor, FHR immediately displayed excitement and enthusiasm for our home remodel project. They listened to our wants/needs/concerns and made reasonable suggestions that fit our budget as close as possible as well as happily made any requested revisions to our work proposal before officially starting on our project. Most important to us, we found Oron (the owner of FHR) and his in-house team to be friendly, honest and transparent. The same can be said for their plumbing, flooring, air conditioning, stucco and drywall subcontractors. It goes without saying that this trust is paramount to a homeowner when you have multiple construction workers entering your home on a daily basis for an extended period of time. In many instances, Oron and his team went above and beyond their obligations and genuinely made us feel like their #1 goal was to make sure we loved our newly-remodeled home.
Our project consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new appliance installations, removal of one wall to open up the living space, one full bathroom remodel, new flooring/baseboards throughout almost the entire property, one new bedroom, one new dining room, three window installations, two light fixture installations (plus additional electrical work) and exterior wall stucco'ing - all of which was completed by FHR or one of their subcontractors. We are very satisfied with FHR's quality of work/customer service and they have our recommendation.

Adjusted from 1 to 4 stars as first impression matters.
Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.
