She took the time to get to know me and what I liked/didn’t like and couldn’t have designed my living room/ kitchen area more perfectly. FHR Construction recently finished a remodel of my kitchen and bathroom and the result was very commendable. As you know this can be a very messy and time consuming process but when the outcome is this fantastic it's well worth the decision to go ahead and complete the project. I am very pleased with the landscaping job in the front and back yard for my new house. The job was done in a timely fashion as promised by Curt. Todd went through a lot of hassle with the HOA to get approval on the landscaping but he came through very nicely. I would recommend Outside Living Concepts to any of my friends or family that needed landscaping.Dishonest people. Told me if i write good report they will give me 6 months warranty and when my 15 plants died in less than 2 months they refused to give me new plants, finally after arguing with the owner he gave only 5 plants and did not put in the ground, only deliver them.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it’s complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Atelier 507 delivered on every promise on time and on budget.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
