We were looking to remodel our shower and met with numerous companies with pushy salesmen that quoted us ridiculous prices. Thankfully, we were referred to Aqua Therapy! Derek and his team were amazing. They were professional, they did exactly what they said they would do and gave us a beautiful shower at a reasonable price. The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

I am absolutely delighted with our new countertop and backsplash. Brad and Jaime did a fantastic job of dealing with the quirks of a 1952 build. (They deserve a $100 bonus from GT.) Their work was meticulous and the attention to detail very impressive. Definitely visit the showroom to get a better perspective as that is what really convinced us to go with GT and we could not be happier with our decision. Thank you for a great job and a very pleasant experience.

Chris and his installers are great! They did my cabinetry for my new custom home and it turned out wonderfully! We did have an initial set back. The wrong color was ordered for a few cabinets. A easy enough mistake, with blame in multiple places. It happens. You learn a lot about someone based on how they respond to a mistake. Chris took ownership, quickly dealt with the issue and kept us on schedule purely on his effort. I can't speak any higher for that level of professionalism. It is an extremely rare trait in the construction industry. There is a reason my GC has used Chris for 25+ years.

We shopped around for different cabinet builders and decided to go with New Age Cabinet Coatings for our custom media center built in due to their reasonable price and good reviews. We were not disappointed! Victor, Jonathan and Luis were so professional and friendly. They really delivered on everything we asked for. They paid attention to every last detail and the final product exceeded our expectations! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They used high quality materials and paint. They didn't leave any construction debris after they were done and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are so happy with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done. The warranty they offer is the icing on the cake. Thank you guys for an awesome job well done!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
