Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent.

Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc.

Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away.

Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment.

There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

We recently moved into a 20 year old home with original custom maple cabinetry. The layout was good enough so it did not make sense to rip it out. After reading positive reviews, we called BTN to take the tired kitchen and family room from bland to beautiful. Dan came and spent several hours working with us on the best solution. Timeline from initial meeting to finished project was about 5-6 weeks. All the yellowed maple cabinets now look fresh and modern with a combination of replace, resurface and repaint. The family room was carefully “painted” with a smooth acrylic finish of 3-4 coats that will withstand use and cleaning. The dated old open deep TV section was covered by 4 replacement doors custom made to match the intricate stepped pattern on the other doors and painted to match. The kitchen plan was good, but Dan replaced the impractical wine rack and corner open cabinet with new cabinets. The opening for the new wall ovens was enlarged and reinforced for the new appliance. All of the kitchen cabinetry was resurfaced with veneer to match the soft gray stained alder doors we chose and we used the darker gray stain doors and veneer on the island. Dan’s team, from painters to carpenters was professional, efficient and highly skilled. The result is fantastic and we are very pleased with the result. If you are considering a refresh of your current cabinetry in any, you could not make a better choice than Better Than New!

Kitchen Tune-Up is amazing! The owners, Garth and Rhonda, are fantastic. Garth came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote with lots of promises. We talked with Rhonda in the office and quickly got our work scheduled. Everything promised was delivered and more! Our beautiful cabinets look brand new - what a difference! Excellent - thank you!

Throughout my project, Eric has been very professional and easy to work with. His services were very reasonably priced, and he has been meticulous in his measurements and design, timely with the deliverables, and responsive to our concerns. While kitchen remodel is often a stressful, life-disruptive project, working with Eric made it a lot less stressful for us, than the experiences our friends had dealing with other contractors. We would highly recommend Eric and his company.

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. I was referred through some family members that have used them in the past and that are also happy with the results. I'm pleased with how knowledgeable they were and how friendly the staff were. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future remodeling projects.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of craftsmanship and the level of attention Russ and Zac gave us during our remodel. We have built and remodeled in the past and nothing compares to the service we received from the team at R.A.Z.E. Construction. If you are planning a remodel this is a great place to start.
