Best Bathroom Renovation in Phoenix AZ

I’ve been working with Daniel at JCon for over a year as we designed and remodeled an entire house as well as added on an additional 600 sq ft. I live out of state and I feel so lucky to have found Daniel for my project. He gets things done when he says he will, does a beautiful job, is nothing but professional, responsive, and beyond patient. Daniel listens to everything you say and does it right the first time. I have been at ease knowing he was handling our project, especially since I do not live in the area. He is honest and kind and 100% I would recommend him for your next build. Thank you Daniel for everything! I am so excited to see our completed project and move into our beautiful new home.

I am pleased to write a review for our master bathroom remodel project done by Mariano & Co., LLC. Living up to the expectation of a '5 Star Experience' is no easy task. But our remodel with Mariano & Co. did just that. . . from the start to finish!
We got really serious about remodeling after we had seen the master bath remodel that Mariano & Co. had completed for friends of ours. We loved the look of our friends' new bathroom and asked who did the work. That was the first we had heard about the Mariano quality. Then, we talked to several other contractors and got estimates for what we wanted for our bathroom.
From the initial meeting with Lucien, we were impressed. He came to our home and listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. He was very professional and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and knew we wanted to proceed with Mariano & Co. after interviewing several other contractors.
We scheduled our appointment at the Mariano show room. There, we met our designer, Lauren; Vic, the owner, and Lucien. Everything was explained to us regarding the cost, communication through the BuilderTrend app, and what the process would be. It was very easy to ask questions and feel really secure that we were 'in good hands'.
No detail was overlooked. From the exact measurements, to the drawings, to the schedule that would be followed; it was all clearly communicated and we knew what to expect and when. When the workers started coming to begin the project, they showed up on time - always - and if there was some reason to change the time or the plans we knew the night before from the email communication.
We had heard stories from friends about how dirty and messy remodels could be. That was one of the main things that we really appreciated. Care and consideration for the carpet and furniture in our bedroom and bathroom were always a priority. Of course, there was a mess! But Mariano & Co. tried to keep it as clean as possible with daily upkeep.
The quality of workmanship one every level was exceptional! The workers seemed to really take pride in their craftsmanship and it definitely showed in the final completion. The materials that Mariano & Co. use seem so much better than some of the other products that we had seen. I am not an expert on tile or fixtures, but I know what I wanted; and what we got looks like a 5 star product! Nothing looks 'cheap' or 'plastic'. The quality of products used by Mariano & Co. is excellent.
As with any big project, there's always going to be a few little concerns. When our floor tile was completed for our shower, it looked great! However, we didn't realize until we actually stood in it and took a shower, that a few of the tiles needed to be sanded down. When we expressed our concern to Mariano & Co. they were very willing to make it right and wasted no time in making that happen. The same with touch-up that needed to be done with paint. We let the Company know about it, and they immediately got it fixed to our satisfaction.
I told Lloyd, our project manager, after the project was finished that there we some other areas of our home that I would like to address. I thin that's what occurs when your realize the possibilities that could happen with a quality contractor such as Mariano & Co.! We will definitely contact Mariano's again when we are ready to do an additional remodel! Trust? Quality? Attention to Detail? These are the things you can count on with Mariano's!

Zach did an outstanding job on our cabinet resurface from beginning to end. He took time to explain what the resurface entailed, offered suggestions on various aspects of the project and then completed the work beautifully. He a personable, honest and takes pride in his work. You can’t go wrong with Zach! I highly recommend him.

Once again ArDan did excellent work for us. We used their repair and maintenance service to take care of several BINSR items that came up as we sold our home. The ArDan team did the work quickly with the highest quality we have come to expect from them. I would highly recommend both their construction and repair/maintenance services.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

We couldn’t be happier with our master bath remodel. It is beautiful! It was such a pleasure working with Praveen and his talented and skilled team. Praveen was respectful of our schedule, attentive to the details of our project and always available, if needed. We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!
