I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. The work was meticulous-with an eye for detail-and their subs were skilled and professional...and their pricing was fair and competitive. These guys are the real deal. Their professionalism is only surpassed by their friendliness. We are not a big company but to us our complete gut and remodel was a big deal. Princeton truly made us feel like we were a big company and that we were their only client. They did exactly what they said what they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it in. I highly recommend.

The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.

I wish I could post a pic because I love the result so much. We removed a cabinet + wine rack (between two cabinets) and had custom floater shelves installed. Colton also modified the upper mounding on the cabinets to look seamless and you would never know it was anything than what it is.

From our first meeting until the end of our kitchen remodel, we were quite impressed. Everyone was very respectful of our time and very patient with our questions. This was our first interior remodel and we had no idea what we were doing! We met with a few different companies/contractors and Mariano stood out from the very first encounter. The design team was amazing and helped us create a beautiful and functional kitchen. We had a constant line of communication and daily updates once our project started. Any questions or concerns we had we're quickly addressed. Everyone was kind and professional. Special shout out to Jim for all his help and putting up with all my questions and the overall chaos that is my home. He was always friendly and kind and very happy to help and explain. Thank you to Lucien for his help and communication as well. Michelle was amazing and so very patient with me in making design selections. Her knowledge and vision was amazing. Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it’s complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer.
