I’ve been working with Daniel at JCon for over a year as we designed and remodeled an entire house as well as added on an additional 600 sq ft. I live out of state and I feel so lucky to have found Daniel for my project. He gets things done when he says he will, does a beautiful job, is nothing but professional, responsive, and beyond patient. Daniel listens to everything you say and does it right the first time. We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. We highly recommend Ardan Construction and would use them again!

I had such a great experience with Dan and his team. From the start, Dan was very communicative, honest, and straight forward about the entire process/pricing/scheduling/etc. When he came over to do the estimate, I knew he was very knowledgeable in his field... I had done a lot of research on my own prior to calling him. He was able to offer many options for my project to fit my needs. He told me that his price would be a little higher than other companies, but that it would be done well and done right. I told him that I would much rather pay a little more and have it done correctly the first time, without any hassle, and on schedule. After the installation, I noticed one small issue with one of my cabinet doors, and he took care of it immediately, with urgency. Planning, design, and installation were all so easy and non-invasive.
