Best New Addition in Phoenix AZ

This team has done a lot of work on our home in Sun City. They have fully renovated our interior, which is AMAZING!! And just this last month have completed new windows throughout the home, a garage make over and some retaining wall work in the backyard!! I would highly recommend Yourson Contracting to any one!! I have not personally used Hunter and his team yet. But Hunters integrity and dependability speak volumes. I know he’s expressed excitement in helping others and enjoys creating a sense of newness in many peoples homes. I’ve seen many photos of his before and after.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. They wither well with my designer and handled all glitches and changes well. I would recommend Luke Bourne and Dwell House to anyone and I plan to use them for my next remodeling needs.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
