A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Was so impressed with the people and the work. Very professional and timely. Leah was fantastic in introducing the product to us and Andy was great installing. It was the best experience that I've ever had while trying to get a remodel. They bent over backwards to try and help me. In the end they were able to work with my busy schedule to find a time to do the quote and the install. The best thing was that there was no hidden fees!! What they said is what I got. 5/5 stars. Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

The kitchen remodel was fabulous because of the quality of cabinets from Cornerstone. Tim Thompson was patient and made some great suggestions. The installers, Vincent and Sebastian, were amazing and they did a perfect job installing the cabinets. Consummate professionals. Thank you so much!!!

We engaged Premier to remodel our kitchen and living room. Our designer, Bruce, had great ideas and was very helpful bringing our vision (or “visions” as the two of us had slightly different desires!) to life.

Kent, our project manager, did a great job in keeping the various crews (all of which were Premier employees) scheduled and the project moved along at a good pace. He was professional, responsive, and came by on a regular basis to check on the project and see if we had any concerns.

The crews themselves were professional, punctual, and did excellent work.

We were excited to update our master bath shower and after meeting with Mike we knew we made the right decision. They kept us informed of the timeline and once the product arrived they immediately installed our new walk in shower. They were so professional and friendly. They did an awesome job and we love taking showers. We highly recommend them.

I hired Gary Fallone of Fallone Kitchen and Bath to remodel most of my house -- an all-new kitchen, guest bathroom, flooring plus a few other things -- and I am delighted with the end result. I wanted a kitchen that combined stunning aesthetics and logical function and he really excelled in putting it all together. He also designed a media cabinet in the great room that has caught the eye and admiration of all my guests. Despite the pandemic, and related issues and surprises in the supply chain, my project was completed on time and within budget. The renovation process can be messy and dirty but Gary and his team kept the worksite tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. His employees and subcontractors are focused on getting the job done well and right the first time and are really the best at what they do. I highly recommend him.

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.
