Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

We had Nick Kayser owner of Mustache Approved Remodeling do one of our bathrooms. My best decision was to contract with Nick. He has 20 years in the Remodeling business. He is very honest, trustworthy, pays attention to ever little detail and provides good recommendations. When you contract with him, he provides a complete detailed schedule of the project and it is provided to the customer. You cannot go wrong with Nick. Mario did the quartz countertops for our kitchen and laundry room remodels. Everything turned out great and he was super easy to work with and was fairly priced. He was especially flexible with working with us to hold our remnants from the kitchen while we finalized our needs for the laundry room.

This is the second project Lon has done for us. First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today. This year, we decided to renovate the entire house! After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened op or living room, kitchen and dining room. We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room. New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors. The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision. We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space. Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.
