A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

We performed a master bath remodeling project. The bathroom was thirty years old and required a complete update. We met with Lon from ShowerandBath and I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked questions, worked with us, and was open to input and provided recommendations. He strived to satisfy our requests 100%. We had not performed a remodeling project of this scope so it was good to know that he was there to guide the project. He answered all our questions in detail. He would text and call to keep us informed of progress. Following completion of the project, I had requests to Lon regarding concerns. Lon was quick to reply and fix any concern without any dialog on cost. He strived to have the customer be 100% satisfied. I would recommend Lon for your bathroom remodeling.

MK Remodeling and Design worked with us to remodel our master bathroom, create a library (complete with a murphy door), and remove a built in entertainment center from our living room to open that space up. From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. Christy, James, and Mike were all responsive to communications.

Once work began, they really focused on our project, and they were always here on time. The entire team, and all the contractors they hired, were on point. Our neighbors asked us how we had people showing up every morning like that to work on our house. We just told them to hire Mike!

My husband and I are beyond happy with the results. Each room is beautiful. Christy was amazing to work with as a designer. She took my general ideas and really transformed them into gorgeous spaces in our home. These folks are absolutely worth the time and money to use. No complications. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely call them again if we want to redo anything else.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. Working with desert custom flooring was a great experience! We had two bathrooms, kitchen/pantry floor, and fireplace redone in our third floor condo.

We made the mistake of going “cheap” with the bathroom remodel the first time and we paid the price for it... finding a good company you trust that has warranties and licenses to back them up is so important! That’s exactly what you get with desert custom flooring! We wish we would’ve found them the first time around!

They’re a hard working group of men that enjoy what they do to make sure everything is just the way you want it! Not to mention they’re very clean!!

We love the work they did for us! Now that we have found them, we will definitely be recommending them to friends and using them in the future!

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
