First time home owner and never had the need for contractor services, I was taking to my neighbor and she recommended Brian Moore. Brian came out and he was very knowledgeable about the complex I live at and had done a lot of work for other people there. He inspected what we wanted done and during his time there we found out our water heater was 25 years old and a water supply valve was corroded and needed to be replaced. He knew the supply valve was the cities responsibility and we had to contact them to have that taken care of. That saved us from having a leak, money and the liability from damage to our neighbors!! We had him install new baseboard, new water heater and a scale prevention water treatment system, stretch the carpets, re-caulked the bathrooms, install new appliances and install recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and the living room. Brain and his team exceeded our expectations! The quality of work, always on time, their professionalism and the value we received was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to have Brain back for our kitchen remodel! He has earned our trust and we would recommend him to anyone.

You just tailgated me from about 2 inches away on the freeway when I was going 75, then you sped past at about 90 MPH! I checked your reviews and there's 2 others saying the same exact thing! Maybe want to take your business off your trailer if that's how you're going to promote it! Calm the heck down!

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt

Desert Prestige Builders (Eric Linder and Ryan Brunelle) are incompetent and unprofessional. Eric Linder, Ryan Brunelle completely botched our 1,400 sqft tile installation.
Eric Linder admitted to not preparing the floor to ensure it was flat before installing the tile and admitted his company didn’t even own a 10ft straight edge to make sure the tile and floor was flat. They didn’t even know how to use the tile spacers correctly. They also went an extra step to prove how inept they were and put a polish on our matte porcelain tile that was not meant for use on porcelain tile. This lead to permanent unsightly streaking, hazing and clouding throughout the entire surface of the floor.
All of their incompetence and lack of skill also lead to:
-Crooked grout lines
-Unevenly laid tile throughout (so uneven in some areas that it caused tripping hazards)
-Over-grouting (grout covering corners and edges of uneven tile)
-Under-grouting (leaving deep channels between tile)
-Inconsistent grout coloring (ranging from every shade of gray to white)
They attempted to fix and replace several problem areas of the floor but failed horribly.
We hired an expert tile consultant to inspect their tile job. The expert found so many mistakes, that were so numerous, throughout the entire floor that he deemed the tile job unsalvageable, and it would therefore need to be completely demolished and replaced.
We shared the expert’s findings with Eric Linder and asked for our money back. He said he would contact us within 24 hours. We did not hear from him.
Desert Prestige still has not refunded our money. Dealing with Desert Prestige has been a nightmare. We have lost a large sum of our hard-earned money, and have had to pay again to completely replace their disastrous tile job! Please be aware that there is not adequate protection for consumers! Please do your research! Read reviews! This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope this saves others from making the huge mistake of hiring Desert Prestige Builders, Eric Linder or Ryan Brunelle.

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Would highly recommend this company and employee! Christina Staab did a perfect job displaying all the different countertop samples and showing which options would look best in my house. She was very professional and timely for appointments which was very helpful.

We contracted with Shower and Bath in May of 2019 to remodel our kitchen. Lon did a terrific job of designing the project. High quality staff that arrived on time, re-model workmanship (for the most part) was very good. Only one issue...the finish on the cabinets which are white, started turning yellow within 18 months. The finish in several areas needed to be repainted which I have done myself with extra paint left with us after completion of the job. More work needs to be done. At this point, we are talking about having them completely refinished only after 32 months. Sad.

Sebastian and Vincent did a beautiful job installing our cabinets. I work in customer service and they were so personable, friendly, and professional when they completed my install. We look forward to working them again in the future for replacing and updating more cabinets in our home.
