Worked with Leonel regarding estimate for large bathroom remodel work. He had great ideas and provided us with business to go to pick out fixtures etc. where he also gets a discount. His estimate was fair and detailed and easy to understand. He also was straightforward regarding lead time for work. The actual remodel has not begun and I will provide another review when work is finished. So far, so good, though!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

Ken and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. They were so efficient, respectful and great to work with. Ken is an excellent communicator and the project was seamless. We had our entire home tiled, wall replaires/painted, an additional room added to our kitchen, partial bath remodel and a total kitchen remodel. Our home looks better than we expected and we cannot say enough positive things about Acuity. We hope to work with Ken and his crew again in the near future.

We contacted Luxury Remodels after seeing one of their work vans near our condo which is in the Ladera Vista complex. We read their on line reviews and after hiring them we were pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our shower remodeling project. Every person from Luxury Remodels that we had contact with was extremely professional and polite. Our phone calls were always immediately returned and our shower was completed on time and looks absolutely amazing. The project manager stayed on top of the project and came to see the progress on nearly a daily basis. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and the outcome of our project. I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. Retro Pro just completed a total remodel of 1 of our bathrooms, everyone did a 1st class job from start to finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier. All the work was completed ahead of schedule and the crews always kept things neat and clean every day. We have another bath to do and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We had Brian come in and do our drywall work and he also added beautiful baseboards to finish our kitchen island. We also had him install our water heater. Brian is a top-notch professional. We would highly recommend him.
