WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.

Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.

Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. We not only found a great General Contractor, we found a friend.

Tatum and Ray are great people to work with. They are very reasonable with pricing. They have top notch communication skills. We discussed our plan and then his team executed the project before the expected dead line. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

From our first meeting until the end of our kitchen remodel, we were quite impressed. Everyone was very respectful of our time and very patient with our questions. This was our first interior remodel and we had no idea what we were doing! We met with a few different companies/contractors and Mariano stood out from the very first encounter. The design team was amazing and helped us create a beautiful and functional kitchen. We had a constant line of communication and daily updates once our project started. Any questions or concerns we had we're quickly addressed. Everyone was kind and professional. Special shout out to Jim for all his help and putting up with all my questions and the overall chaos that is my home. He was always friendly and kind and very happy to help and explain. Thank you to Lucien for his help and communication as well. Michelle was amazing and so very patient with me in making design selections. Her knowledge and vision was amazing. If I could give an extra star, I would! Mariano and Co. is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone!

This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early…yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

Asher did a great job taking down our wall bed, and completed a baseboard repair along with paint touch up. I am satisfied with Ace Handyman and will recommend them to a friend.

Signature Kitchen and Bath tore out the flooring on the first floor of my house and put in wood look tile. They did a great job and now there is a nice cohesive look to the first floor of my house. The whole team was great and now I have beautiful flooring in my house!
