It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. My master bathroom was remodeled. They did an excellent job and were very neat and always cleaned up after finishing each day. Workmanship was excellent and kept me updated daily. I highly recommend them and they went above and beyond.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.

I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share for any of you looking to remodel in the future. Nick with Mustache Approved Remodeling was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, walked me through things step by step, worked in a timely and organized manner, and was ON TIME EVERY DAY. He even went as far as showing up when he had his other professionals scheduled to make sure THEY showed up on time. His prices were better than 2 other quotes I recieved, he has warranties and only uses materials that also have seperate warranties and made my life so much easier through the process. I had a leak in my shower and had to replace the entire thing, because of that, he made a point to try and get things done for me even quicker because he knew this was a bad situation for us. If you are looking for someone, HE IS YOUR GUY. Get other quotes if you must, but I promise you he will likely beat them, and he will do better.

We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons.
