Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

The whole process was very smooth. Roy in sales was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were also punctual and got the work done before the time promised. Our counters are awesome, we love them and couldn't be happier.

Tino and Nino did an amazing job installing my parents’ quartz countertops! Clean seams and caulking. Very professional and timely. I would absolutely hire them on for my own home renovations. Tony was great about coming in and going over the estimate and expectations as well.

This group was beyond amazing! They traveled out of town for our project and were great with communicating up to the start date and throughout the install. Our floor tile looks amazing, they were on time, finished in less time than estimated and just completely professional and beyond expectations! Ernesto was able to transform my home into the inviting/warm atmosphere I always wanted, but never knew how to create. I loved that he created sketches to help me to really see what he had in mind for a space. I found the process of bringing these sketches to live incredibly simple. Ernesto was always open to all feedback, but I found that every time he brought his top selections for furniture design/fabrics, he always hit the nail on the head. Patterns and color schemes I never would have considered before, came together perfectly & created a brightness in my home I never had. Also, with 3 young boys it was very important to me that we focused on durability. I have seen my beautiful pillows tossed every which way in my home & over a year later and they look as beautiful as they did on day 1.

I also feel quite thankful that my appointment with Ernesto overlapped with a landscape designer one afternoon as Ernesto took one look at our backyard & the design we had & with a few sketches transformed a patio area we were working on.

Ernesto listens to his clients, follows thru on commitments made, and is truly just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! Alan installed subway tile to compliment the new countertops in our kitchen. He arrived early and worked for 12 hours non stop. After a long day and a perfect installation, Alan cleaned up meticulously leaving the kitchen looking pristine. Thank you Alan for such a great job.

We are in the process of remediating a complete remodel that had gone wrong with another builder. We tapped 4 GEN for the remediation and we cannot speak highly enough about 4 GEN Homes and David.

Background: we were new to Arizona and the previous builder we had hired to remodel our recently purchased home — after 16 months of ongoing workmanship problems and error — left us with a complete disaster and abandoned the project: having falsified their licensing, falsified their insurance, having not pulled a valid or legitimate permit, or having proper inspections done, and hiring many to perform work who were not licensed or properly skilled. You can imagine how difficult it would be to discover this after the fact, and what a complete mess and stress this would create in so many different ways. Any whole house remodel is, by itself, a daunting process in which you feel lost and need the guidance of an expert contractor. Given the difficult situation we were left with we needed someone to come in and not only do a whole house remodel (complex as that is), but, adding to that complexity, to remediate a remodel that had gone very wrong. Not many would be able or willing to take this on.

We are so thankful that we found 4 GEN Homes / David Mikes, and that he was willing to take on this huge problem for us. He is an amazing contractor — he listens, he is calm, always pleasant, very careful, intelligent, insightful, and experienced; and he speaks, consults, and guides us with the authority of confident construction expertise and extensive home building experience, and yet without ever presuming upon us. He is reassuring in how he counsels. He also has a cadre of vetted professional subcontractors he’s used many times and knows they can perform the work to an acceptable level — he’s not trying to find just any subs as he goes along. He takes the chaos of the situation and calmly organizes it and makes it seem manageable and clear, and he always wants to come to the right result and covers nothing up that needs to be done right. He is your advocate, not primarily an advocate for the subs or workers. He usually answers calls or quickly returns calls or messages and is always ready to help and address any concern — and he is usually way ahead of you in identifying any issue. If you bring it up, it’s likely he’s already on it. His eye for due care and detail is likely better than yours.

Another reviewer said David treats you like family. I would wholly concur with that.

The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.
