Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. From our first email and phone call I could tell that they were true professionals with a keen eye for our modern farmhouse aesthetic. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The designs were fresh, unique, and exciting and totally exceeded our high expectations. To be able to check all the boxes at a single location in just a couple hours is incredibly valuable and unusual. We would’ve spent countless hours for each product selection and had “too many cooks in the kitchen” blending their thoughts about style and selections. The design lab provides a one-stop shop with talented designers and an unmatched cohesiveness. Their dedication and communication to finish off the project since the meeting has been impressive especially during this pandemic. Lots of problems, did nt install medicene cabinet properly because they would nt move stink pipe, electrician spent hours more than expected to figure out wiring, two return visits to repair leak from bathtub that stained kitchen ceiling I had to to repaint, my fault paying way too much $$ for what we got!

This company was very professional and punctual with their time. From start to finish on the estimate, template, and install they were very helpful! The value was great compared to a couple other estimates that I got. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and actually help you on what will best suit your vision on a remodel.
