Best Kitchen To Bath in Phoenix AZ

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!

If anyone is searching for a job, DO NOT apply at this place. They paying $1,200 per MONTH! And they want you to work hard and not to take little breaks after lifting heavy objects plus you don’t get well trained. You’re expected to know things without being taught.

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time. Retropro remodeled my master bathroom as well as my second bathroom. From my first meeting with Eric and Angela to the final walk through, it was a wonderful experience. They worked with me and my budget to give me improvements to my home that I love. Their showroom is a great place to start bringing all your ideas together and coordinating the different design elements. I am very pleased with the workmanship of Steve, the project manager, and his team. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up the work areas every evening. Steve kept me informed on what to expect every step of the way. I really trust Retropro and would highly recommend them to my friends. I would not hesitate to call them for my next project!

We had Brian come in and do our drywall work and he also added beautiful baseboards to finish our kitchen island. We also had him install our water heater. Brian is a top-notch professional. We would highly recommend him.

We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.

The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.

If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.
