Dan and Danny are a great team and do an amazing job. They are very fast, precise, and neat. We had this father and son duo convert a bathtub into a shower for my mom so it would be easier for her to use and the work they did was even better than we hoped for. Danny was on time everyday and worked very hard to get the job done. He made sure all the tiles lined up and everything was in tip top shape. He would always clean up before he left every night and kept us updated of the timeline. We definitely recommend these guys and would use them again for any other projects we may have in the future.

I am 100% pleased with Graco. My neighbor and I both had our flat roofs replaced. Abraham was really helpful and honest. They also followed up quickly after the sale when we had questions. They worked with my insurance company and everything was covered without compromising the quality of my roof. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I decided to do a major remodel of my home. It was overwhelming until I got much needed help from The Remodel Store and More. It was truly More as I not only was provided with the materials I needed but also with recommendations as far as flooring, cabinets, and color schemes.
Everything came out looking great!

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

We had tile refinishing done in our bathroom and kitchen. It looks amazing. So glad we did this. Saved a lot of money instead of replacing tile. They were really responsive. The prep work to protect the part not being refinished was really good. They did a great job, cleaned up really well. Couldn't be happier. Recommend highly!
