My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. We initially contacted McCurdy Construction for an estimate mid February based off of the good Yelp reviews. Estimator Ryan Grannis came out on 2/25/21 and provided us with some ballpark numbers. He asked if his high end of the estimate scared us ($250k) and we said yes, but that we would still like to move forward with a detailed estimate. He said he would have this to us in a week and a half to two weeks tops, and joked that he prefers to work on the bids for jobs that he likes first. I'm not sure where we fell on his preference scale, but future customers beware that if your job does not excite him enough (i.e. size of budget), you will likely get jumped in line. Apparently our $150k didn't quite do it for him.

Two weeks after his initial visit I called him (3/11) to see where he was at with the estimate. He said he would have it to us the next day, and if not, he would come in on that Saturday to make sure we got it. We didn't get it that Saturday and this was the last time I was ever able to get a hold of him.

I called and left him a message the following Thursday (3/18), now three weeks after the initial in-home consultation, but no response. I then called the office and the receptionist said she would email him right away to get his butt in gear.

Now four weeks later and we have still not heard a single word from McCurdy Construction or Ryan Grannis. It is disappointing that this is the most forward facing person for the company and he cannot even return a phone call. We knew this lack of communication from the initial contact representing the company was a red flag of things to come, and we wisely found a much more communicative and professional contractor. We are happy that we avoided this potential nightmare.

Slade and his team with Trinity Homes did a phenomenal job at our complete remodel in Scottsdale Mountain. They were able to take my daydreams and somehow turn them into a reality. I can't stop staring in amazement with what they did. Very happy!!

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
