We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

Tino and Nino did an amazing job installing my parents’ quartz countertops! Clean seams and caulking. Very professional and timely. I would absolutely hire them on for my own home renovations. Tony was great about coming in and going over the estimate and expectations as well.

I hired Gary Fallone of Fallone Kitchen and Bath to remodel most of my house -- an all-new kitchen, guest bathroom, flooring plus a few other things -- and I am delighted with the end result. I wanted a kitchen that combined stunning aesthetics and logical function and he really excelled in putting it all together. He also designed a media cabinet in the great room that has caught the eye and admiration of all my guests. Despite the pandemic, and related issues and surprises in the supply chain, my project was completed on time and within budget. The renovation process can be messy and dirty but Gary and his team kept the worksite tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. His employees and subcontractors are focused on getting the job done well and right the first time and are really the best at what they do. I highly recommend him.

We have been extremely pleased working with Sanels Wholesale Cabinets; they provided us with their quality cabinets and assisted us in creating a gorgeous new kitchen and family room. We spoke to 3 different local contractors before choosing FHR for our home remodel. While it seemed like a daunting venture to find a reliable contractor, FHR immediately displayed excitement and enthusiasm for our home remodel project. They listened to our wants/needs/concerns and made reasonable suggestions that fit our budget as close as possible as well as happily made any requested revisions to our work proposal before officially starting on our project. Most important to us, we found Oron (the owner of FHR) and his in-house team to be friendly, honest and transparent. The same can be said for their plumbing, flooring, air conditioning, stucco and drywall subcontractors. It goes without saying that this trust is paramount to a homeowner when you have multiple construction workers entering your home on a daily basis for an extended period of time. In many instances, Oron and his team went above and beyond their obligations and genuinely made us feel like their #1 goal was to make sure we loved our newly-remodeled home.

Our project consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new appliance installations, removal of one wall to open up the living space, one full bathroom remodel, new flooring/baseboards throughout almost the entire property, one new bedroom, one new dining room, three window installations, two light fixture installations (plus additional electrical work) and exterior wall stucco'ing - all of which was completed by FHR or one of their subcontractors. We are very satisfied with FHR's quality of work/customer service and they have our recommendation.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.

Been doing business with Dave for years now, would recommend his company to anyone who needs a good contractor!
