Both were taken care of at a very reasonable cost, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team members were personable and professional. Also, when the scope of the project turned out not to require stucco repair/repainting, our final cost was reduced. Highly recommended!

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. Praveen and his team at Custom Creative transformed our disgusting 30 year old shower stall and garden tub into one over-sized, two-head shower and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project included digging up the foundation to put one drain in the middle, closing up the large window over the garden tub and installing a long rectangular window up high on the wall to maintain privacy while allowing light in.
My main concern was achieving maximum functionality and ease of cleaning. Two other key factors considered were blending the new shower with the existing bathroom design and decor as well as planning for the ability to age in place by including ADA compliant shower entry and grab bars.
From the first meeting, Praveen and his team seemed to understand what we wanted from this project. They provided us with a detailed scope of work contract that clearly described what additional charges we might incur depending on our choices of finish materials and fixtures. His designer, Jennifer, took me to a number of tile stores and we were able to find a tile that blends beautifully with the existing flooring and vanity. It was refreshing to work with a designer who allowed for my tastes rather than the latest fad.
I further complicated Praveen's job by requiring the work to be completed before a surgery I had scheduled. I wanted to come home to a new clean, functional shower and not have to go upstairs while on narcotics. He juggled schedules and got the project done right on time. Even with the rushed schedule, his tile guys were amazing craftsmen and did beautiful work. His plumbers and carpenters were excellent. All were polite and considerate of our home, working hard to keep the mess to a minimum.
We're very pleased with our shower and plan to have Custom Creative do a kitchen remodel we're considering later this year.

Great professional company definitely recommended

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
