Best Custom Build in Phoenix AZ

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

The crew were timely, efficient and professional. Thanks to them the outcome is a beautiful new master bathroom . There were minimal surprises but they made sure we are aware of every delay / change. At the end they delivered exactly what we wanted

We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

Recently we had a kitchen remodel done through the Premier Kitchen and Bath Mesa location. The kitchen is gorgeous!! As with any project there were a few issues during construction but I must say that they were immediately addressed and resolved to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The results were AMAZING! There has not been a single day since completion that my wife does not comment on how happy she is.
The quality of the products used and the precise craftsmanship in installation is immediately evident.

This company is amazing. I was expecting tens of thousands of dollars for new granite counters but that was not even close. Jason the sales guy was amazing and worked magic to make my kitchen remodel happen at a very affordable price. This place uses CNC Machines to cut your counters so I don’t even need to say that the final product was perfect. We had several bad stones that showed flaws. These people could have just installed it and I would have never known any different but Jose the production guy was looking out for our best interest when he spotted flaws and we picked new stones until it was perfect! I can’t say enough about Diamond Granite. They are the best.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. We selected Retro Pro for a major remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wall/slider to the outside, and whole house flooring) after getting quotes from 4 different companies. We went with them because of Eric's vision after he heard what we were trying to accomplish, the time and energy he and Angela spent on us just to get an initial quote, and the trust and respect instilled in those first couple of meetings. Our gut was spot on! This huge project was such a good experience with Eric, Angela, Steve, Omar, and the rest of the staff! Their communication throughout the project was phenomenal; stayed in constant contact for progress and questions, we were never left hanging or wondering, and Eric was always in tune to any hesitations or requests we had. Angela learned what style we like, and helped design our project beautifully. They really listened to what we wanted, and designed it so. Everyone was very respectful when they were in our home, the work was always clean. The skill and quality of their work and products are top of the line!!! True craftsmanship! They make sure it's perfect and guarantee it to last. We are so pleased and have since used them for new windows and some other projects in other areas of our house. We had Brian come in and do our drywall work and he also added beautiful baseboards to finish our kitchen island. We also had him install our water heater. Brian is a top-notch professional. We would highly recommend him.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.
