Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

I hope my review will steer you away from pursuing business with Handy Connection. We initially reached out to Elizabeth Evans based on many of the reviews seen below, but our family has had a significantly different experience that we wanted to share.

Elizabeth came out to our home for an estimate for some electrical work. She explained to us that she typically prices out the work two ways, one with an hourly rate and another with a per item cost. Her ploy is to list two prices, but you will end up paying the higher price anyway.

They grossly overestimate their ability to perform the work they agreed upon. While a single fan and switch was added to my project, the initial timeframe to complete the work went from 4 hours to 5 separate visits to home. This is due to multiple damages that were created while attempting to complete the project. Between visits she left us with holes in our home both inside and out. Even more concerning is that I had to plead with her to come back between visits to finish the job, but she was reluctant per her own accord based on late-night drinking.

We payed for 2 skilled electricians to perform the work, but Elizabeth Evans showed up with her office secretary who per own admission it was her first time on a job site.

Her attempt to repair the damages that were created were incredibly poor. I had enough of her craftsmanship and did not wish for her to perform any additional work on our home. We asked her to not return.

Subsequently, I received a bill for an amount that was never agreed to. She never provided written change orders for pricing. The predatory billing is incredibly unethical.

I offered to pay the original amount and pay someone else to complete the work that they were incapable of satisfactorily completing. They refused and threatened to place a lien on our home over a difference of a couple hundred dollars. Complaints have been filled with the. BBB and ROC.

Trust me, there are better electricians out there. I urge you to please avoid using Elizabeth Evans, save yourself headaches, time, and endless frustration.

CAUTION: THEIR RESPONSE IS A LIE.
1) I NEVER REQUESTED TO HAVE TWO PRICING OPTIONS, THIS WAS OFFERED TO ME.
2) I ADDED A FAN AND SWITCH --> THIS EQUATED INTO 5 ADDITIONAL VISITS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
3) WORK THAT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WE ELECTED TO NOT PERFORM (I.E. INSTALLING CAMERAS), YET WE ENDED UP WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER BILL TO ADD A SINGLE FAN AND SWTICH.
4) THE ADDITIONAL PRICING WAS NEVER DISCUSSED.
5) I NEVER THREATENED TO BLAST YOU, NOT SURE WHAT THAT EVEN MEANS. I DO WANT TO WARN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
6) I'VE OFFERED TO PAY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR THE WORK PLUS THE FAN, NOT YOUR BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING WITH 2X THE LABOR COSTS. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OTHER COMPANY'S ESTIMATES, JUST YOUR OWN.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

They did an excellent job working with me. Communication was always clear and the quality of the work was top-notch.

had a great experience with Arthur Gambino who came out to give me a quote on building the backyard of my dreams. Arthur was very professional and did a free 3D diagram on how our backyard would look. There was no pressure and he really listened to my needs. Unfortunately, we did not use republic west yet, but we plan on working with this amazing company in the near future.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Just completed a total remodel of our home . New kitchen and flooring and room addition . European modern cabinets and custom made for us . We saved thousands of dollars , competed on time . Great job

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

I was treated well and serviced top notch, very happy with Jake installing Windows, they were punctual and did the whole house in one day! The whole thing! We recommend. As a realtor I get to work with many contractors and it's easy to tell who stands above the rest.

I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

Professional, hard working, and prompt. Everado came right out to inspect my water damaged bathroom/garage and immediately had a repair plan. Got to work the next day. Completed the project beautifully in two days, great clean up and was in communication the whole time. I highly recommend Rhino Construction and Remodeling,LLC and look forward to calling them for future repairs.

KLB remodeled my kitchen and dining room. They were professional and timely in their work. Easy to work with as I added things during the project. I will be using them again when I'm ready to do my bathrooms.

I seldom post reviews, but my experience with Scott and Lorrie was so good that I had to post this review.

After being locked inside for a year due to the pandemic, we just couldn't stand our house anymore! So we decided to remodel the whole thing. Lorrie worked with us for two weeks coming up with a design that we absolutely loved, and Scott and his team made it our dream with so little fuss or mess, it was unbelievable. They even finished the project sooner than expected. We now love our home again. Thank you!!

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home. We are always impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail, his knowledge of construction and his quality workmanship. He and his crew are easy to have around and easy to work with. Ruidoso excels at customer service. Tony responds quickly, arrives on time, works hard and leaves the worksite in great condition. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
