This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

I’m so happy with the work Wonders of Wood did for me. We asked them to repaint existing cabinets as well as design and install custom cabinets. They kept to their schedule, they were professional, and their work was great. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars though is because of their customer service. There were a couple hiccoughs in the process, for example they installed the wrong drawer panels. When I contacted them they immediately took accountability and remedies the error. The fact that they don’t hesitate to make it right for the customer makes them one of the best in the industry as far as I’m concerned!

We recently decided to upgrade and remodel portions of our home including replacement of most of the floor. Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was recommended to us by Joey at A World of Tile on Speedway. Tyson from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling called us right away to schedule an initial meeting and plan the project. The project required removing approximately 1600 square feet of old tile and underlying thinset which took about a week of very nasty and dusty work. But Diego and Lester were up to the task and did a great job of removing the old tile. Then for the next two weeks Diego and Lester laid the new wood-look planks of porcelain tile. Tyson and his crew of Diego and Lester were very professional and highly skilled. We are very happy with their work and the new floor is beautiful ! Needless to say we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Remodeling…an excellent company.

I compare with other companies, nobody offered the price thus guys, there weren’t even close. The quality they delivered over came my expectations. Working with them was the right choice. Thanks for all the work done to have a new kitchen in the house.

Very professional to begin with, and I am sure a great company if they want to work with you. But, I wanted to tell you about my experience. It was littered with bad communication from the start. I was told I would have a quote within 7-10 business days. This never happened. I stuck with them for over a month trying to be patient, but I got excuses over and over again. In the end they told me my project would never happen. They waisted my time and money when remodeling my home. I would not use them when there are other great companies around.

It's an amazing thing when you can count on someone to come out and give 100% quality of work. They know what they are doing. Down to earth great guys.

Ron has been amazing to work with. His prices are reasonable, the quality of the work is outstanding. The workers are polite and efficient. The work site is completely clean at the end of the day and end of the project. If you are stuck for ideas, Ron always has great suggestions and he doesn't ignore your calls, he responds to any issue you have. Would never hire anyone else.

Hunter completed a master and guest bathroom remodel for us and we were extremely happy with the results. Hunter has a great attention to detail, outstanding communication and very professional.

Hunter goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied before he proceeds with the next task of your remodel and also makes sure everything discussed is going according to plan.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. CR Home Remodel build two outdoor Kitchens in two different location for me, painted interior of house, repair plumbing, installed tile floor, remodeled master bath cabinets, and other small jobs. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend this company to anyone.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

Found these guys at a trade show. Hired them to replace my old kitchen sink. They did the job without cracking my granite countertop. Highly recommended.
