Best Renovation in Phoenix AZ

Zach was great to work with. He was very communicative and reliable. He did an amazing job updating our bathroom cabinets and we would definitely recommend him.

We recently had a major remodeling project at our home completed by ArDan. They installed new windows and siding. ArDan is a top-notch company. Not only are they very trustworthy, but they are skilled and professional. They strive to do good work and aim to please.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

RIck was on time, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of cleaning our carpet. At a very reasonable rate, he did our entire house and the difference is night and day! We selected Custom Creative Remodeling to complete our full home remodel, including our kitchen and three bathrooms, after finding them at the Westbrook Village Home and Garden show. We heard great things about the company and trusted them from the get go. Praveen and his team did an amazing job from the initial consultation to completion of the project. Every person that worked in our residence was respectful, tidy, and prideful in their detailed craftsmanship. Our project was completed 100% on time with impeccable quality. We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with our newly remodeled home! Custom Creative Remodeling delivered the results we were promised and I would recommend them to all of my friends looking to start a remodel project. We will be using Custom Creative again for future remodel projects!

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. The manager’s daily visits while the renovations were taking place was reassuring that we made the right decision with hiring them. Thank you !!

I would give ten stars if I could. Dan and his crew were great! They came on time, worked quickly, and left my house super clean everyday. They are courteous and professional. The price and the quality of the materials were great. I absolutely love the final product. We are so happy that we decided to go with BTN. We even had a last minute ceiling issue on our end that did not slow things down on his end. The crew still arrived with all the materials and had the job completed on time. I will have them back to do cabinets in my bathrooms.

They were very professional and helpful during the remodel. We had a small problem but they corrected it to our satisfaction and followed up to make sure we were happy. Would recommend to others AA+++

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer!
