So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I've been working on renovating an older home in historic Phoenix and ran in to some old knob and tube wiring in the walls during demolition. Realizing we'd need to rewire the entire home we starting looking for local electricians to complete the job. Operating on a tight timeline and budget, I reached out to Tommy to have him come out and take a look.

He was quick to respond and was able to provide a more than competitive price. Tommy and his team completed the entire job that weekend, and was sure to walk the property with me after to review all the work that had been done. Cuts made to the walls were minimal, something I really appreciated as the home has lath and plaster walls and will be tough to match with new drywall. I will certainly be keeping Tommy and his team top of mind for future electrical needs.

My salesperson (Antoine) reached out keeping me updated with any changes as well as the support team. The installation team was professional and efficient. They spoke with me before installing. They provided drawings and walked me through the process. After installation they walked me through the system and explained what needs to happen next. The team was thorough in their clean up. I definitely appreciate everyone’s hard work and will be recommending this company to friends, family, and associates.

Although all the employees were pleasant, and the scheduler did a great job, Brandon, the owner severely lacks courtesy and customer service. When his employees removed my panels for the roof to be replaced, they left my gate open and my dog got out.

They did the job on Friday, my dog left the yard on Saturday and Brandon informed me that he didn't want to deal with this on a Saturday and it was my responsibility to watch over his workers and that I was not his client, Sunnova that I rent my panels from was his client, therefore he had no responsibility for making sure my dog was secure and the gate closed.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Sun Harvest to work on a dog house.

Marcus and his team provide excellent customer service and are extremely efficient. I highly recommend this business, their service was worth every penny!

Staff acts like they hate their customers. Ridged inflexibility and cold manner. Not friendly at all.
