Best Electric Vehicle in Phoenix AZ

The sales person was very nice . The office people were not great - less than responsive and communication was not their strong suite. There was apparently some kind of issue with the shipment of equipment and we had to call multiple times for updates. Once the equipment finally arrived, the installation people installed the equipment. Pep solar's sub electrician was wonderful.

The sales person sold us a solar powered mini-split, advising us that it would cool our RV garage so cold we'd need jackets in there. After months of different stories/explainations and fights and very rude treatment by the owner (mother and son) for the system's poor performance, the owners eventually agreed to take back the minisplit. The workers that removed the equipment did a poor job repairing the hole in the wall where the minisplit used to be.
Overall, i would not recommend this company - overall poor communication and they do not respond well if things do not run smoothly.
One last thing - they supposedly turned in paperwork for some kind of rebate for us, then gave us a continued runaround and we never did get the rebate. :(

AZ Energy Pros installed the solar system on our house. I rate AZ Energy Pros 4.5 Stars but this review is particularly about the technician that turned-on the system. The technician Danny Balderas came to our home to turn-on the solar system. He noticed why the solar system was not producing. He did what the installers did not do (maybe installers forgot) but Danny setup the system (install firmware to the inverters) for a complete startup for producing power and successfully powered-up the solar system. While being out here he checked the conduit (he tightened a couple places that were not well secured) and the devices mounted on the wall of the house and even got on the roof to check that everything was in place. In being up on the roof he checked the panels to ensure they are secured and he found 2 panels that were not secured and he tightened them up secured. AZ Energy Pros you have a real deal of a technician Danny Balderas, he answers all your questions for you to understand the system installed and how it works plus he goes beyond what the service call was and checks other things including the panels on the roof. If it was not for his professionalism and diligence of ensuring the customer has a well completed installation/service, those 2 solar panels would have blown away during gusty winds. Sun Harvest had installed our original system under contract to Salt River Solar, which are out of business now. I wanted to add some panels to the original system. Contacted Brandon and worked with him to evaluate our electric bills and size the additional panels. Also Brandon was knowledgeable on “grandfathering” in system, adding to it or installing a separate second system, very happy with his help and guidance. Once the size and plan for the new separate system, Sun Harvest installed system efficiently with no issues. Typical delays in gettin APS to set the new meter, but it all worked fine. Had a couple questions on the new inverter operstion since the lights were little different from my old inverter, but Brandon answered all my questions!! Good Company!!
