Mark came with his crew (Jeremiah and Will) and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. Mark and his crew were always professional and performed excellent repair work. The pump they recommended turned out to be very efficient and cost friendly. The toilet and outdoor sewer system works well now. I had a tall thin water heater. Installer failed to measure cabinet and brought a short fat water heater. When I asked him about it, he said the tall ones are for RV's only. . It did not fit in the gas water heater closet and the door would not close on it. The boy said it will just have to be that way. I went to home depot and asked them and they laughed and said no, the tall ones are for homes and by the way a water heater that dies not fit and does not allow the door to close is a code violation. I called Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept and they said yes it is a code violation. I have left a message with Mr. Rooter to see what they will do. Will call Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept again if they do not correct with the proper large heater.
