Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

First time trying reddi service. My ceiling was leaking and due to amazing reviews for reddi service, I made the call. They came quick and Chris G. was so knowledgeable and friendly, we felt so comfortable having him in our home. The price for the parts and fix was reasonable and most importantly, the leak completely stopped. Chris went above and beyond and I will definitely reach out to them again in the future.

I called on a Saturday morning and frank called to get more information and give an eta and idea of pricing for my sink that wouldn't drain within a few hours. He was polite, communicative and even put up with my guard dog chihuahua mutt. He talked me through the assessment and options in a way I could understand and solved the problem in the now with options for the best long term solutions . Great service!

Joe was amazing! He helped me troubleshoot, over the phone on Sunday, an issue with my sump pump so that I could get the smell out of my house immediately (and to see if it was necessary for them to come out). When they came out on Monday, both Joe and his coworker wore masks (which was greatly appreciated) and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.
