He came to our home twice and both times he was prompt and efficient. He kept his work area very clean even though he had to go into the walls to get to the pipes. He was very careful to test the work after it was done to make sure it fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work he did. Bob was able to turn a major inconvenience into a good experience.
