I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.

The job was taken care of and I can’t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team. I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldn't fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didn't press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone you're happy to have in your home. I'll ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17
