We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

The two plumbers were here first thing on Monday morning, and they call ahead to let you know their actual time of arrival. Javier and Anthony were two of the nicest guys we could ask for to be in our home all day long. They painstakingly covered everything in plastic, we very careful to remove anything that was breakable. While they worked they were cheerful and seemed happy to be doing the job for us. At the end of the day, they cleaned and vacuumed up all of the areas and made sure it was all cleaned up to our satisfaction.
