Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. I called around three or four other septic companies. All of them were about $100-$150 more than Cooper Septic was. I asked them three times...are there any hidden fees and they assured me there were none. They knew the size of tank that I had and scheduled my service for about 3 to 4 days later. Justin was our service technician. He was very professional and found both caps very quickly and went straight to work. After he was finished he explained everything to me and was very professional and kind. I will only be using them and I would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors!!!
