Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We have a leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs bathroom. They came out the same day and their technician Donny was AMAZING! Also I want to give a shout out to Lisa and Jennifer in dispatch who kept me well informed about the technician's arrival. Excellent service! Showed up on time with a day and time convenient for me. Owner was very knowledgable and helpful at describing the process and cost estimate up front. Technician was polite, professional, prompt, and explained as much as I asked and put the small holes he dug in my yard back together very nicely. I was even charged the exact same amount as originally quoted!

One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.
