What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! We have a leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs bathroom. They came out the same day and their technician Donny was AMAZING! One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.
