Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I called around three or four other septic companies. All of them were about $100-$150 more than Cooper Septic was. I asked them three times...are there any hidden fees and they assured me there were none. They knew the size of tank that I had and scheduled my service for about 3 to 4 days later. Justin was our service technician. He was very professional and found both caps very quickly and went straight to work. I had just closed on my home and had been working on moving all my things in. After 3 days of moving all my things into my new home, I thought, “ I need to do laundry” I go to get the caps off the valves to connect the washer when all went horribly wrong! As soon as I twisted the valve the pressure of the water blasted the cap off. I frantically tried to shut the valve off and nothing. The damage from water blasting with high pressure for 15 minutes completely destroyed the upstairs Laundry room, downstairs kitchen and family room. Very thankful that Rooter Ranger came out as quick as they did before a broken valve cause more water damaged to my newly purchased home. I am even more grateful I got Casey as the person who came out to my home and walked me through to shutting the main water line off in a matter of seconds. He also explained the entire process and made me feel at ease in such a bad situation. Highly recommend!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed.
