Very, very pleased with the quick, friendly and competent service to clear two sewer blockages in our home. We were given the $59 special price as new customers which included free camera inspection. Joel and Devon were fine with me watching and explained the whole process, snaking from the roof. They also gave us a break on the price for roof access clearing. Their service exceeded that of two previous plumbing services that we'd used 12 months and 2 months previous. Neither had cleared from the roof and neither had done a camera video.

Pepe was our ReddiHero!! He was kind, respectful, efficient and honest. That's what I count on mostly when it comes to service. Our 16 year old water heater went out (inevitable) however, given the hard times, I was hoping it wouldn't...Nevertheless, it did! He laid out the options and kept it honest. He was patient while I made the decision and he was prompt in ordering the system and installing it same day. Thank you for your patience and understanding and doing a great job!
