They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. I called Option One Plumbing for a drain that I had been having problems with. Dispatch let me know that a technician would call me 30 minutes ahead of time. Technician by the name of Andrew called and said he was on his way to fix the problem. Once arriving to my home Andrew quickly found the problem it was my mainline and told me he would have to go through the vent on top of my house. He got to working on the drain and 30 mins later my drains were working again. Once he handed me the bill I was amazed to see after getting on the roof it was only $49.50! I will surely call this company again for any and all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Bubble Bee Plumbing is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They have amazing customer service. Great follow up. Knowledgeable staff in every department. And I love that they send a picture of the technician who is coming to your home prior to them arriving. Also you have the same technician everytime. Like your own personal Plumbing team. Dan is my guy and he is like family. Always on time, they call to let you know they are about 30 min out. Always clean. Works clean too. He didn't talk to me like a dumb woman, nor did he up sell me on my job. Spoke to me like he would any other customer and was completely honest when giving me the estimate. He gave me the estimate withing the hour. Lightening fast. It is always a pleasure working with Bumblebee. They take the sting out of Plumbing issues. Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.

Blue Plumbers came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both technicians , they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed and on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional and nice gentlemen! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. This plumbing service is our go-to plumbing company for sure!
