Parker and Sons had installed my water heater about a year ago and I realized it was time to have it flushed. I called and Greg came out and efficiently took care of that for me! Sam is a delight to work with. He came out to do an all points inspection of our plumbing system. He’s professional yet warm, friendly and fun. Went about doing his job, then came back and gave us his report. Discovered a tiny leak in one of the bathroom faucets and told us we need a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet. We will be contacting the Manufacturer to obtain the necessary parts. Sam answered all our questions regarding the hot water tank to our satisfaction. Looking forward to his return to change out the filters in the RO system.
