I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

I have been using this company for 4 years for my RO system filter replacement. They are professionals, our technician was Gabriel. He arrived promptly at rhe scheduled time, and because of covid-19, he was masked up and wore gloves. Even though the job was small, I felt no job was too small with AHWA. I was very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the recirculation pump on our water heater. We had feared we'd need a new pump, which can be quite expensive, but Tom bled air out of our system and the problem was solved. We surprised him with a request to replace 2 sediment filters, which we had not scheduled, but he did that job quickly and within the cost for the initial service charge. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and plan on using their electrical services soon as well.
