I live in a rental and the home owner has A.P.E.S come out for a water leak from the AC unit. Adam showed up on time, was consciously social distancing and got right to work. He found the issue, made the repair and took the time to talks to me a about what happened. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 30 years and I know what these guys go through. To have such a great customer service experience at 6 PM or anytime is a great thing.

I contacted the company to let them know about Adam's work. At 7 PM I received an e-mail form Ralph Flores, the president of the company, thanking me for contacting them. Leadership, customer service and quality workmanship start at the top of an organization. These people understand that and live by it.

Mechanic was very professional, friendly, courteous and demonstrated excellent troubleshooting knowledge. Also displayed photos of findings and explained what repairs were done to resolve the problem. I was very satisfied with the service and results. Definitely would recommend Parker and Sons for plumbing and electrical repairs.

Prestige installed a new HVAC system in one of my homes. Their new system pricing was excellent and the follow up service was great. I subsequently called them to service the unit in another home. A small valve had broken and all the freon had leaked out. Prestige filled this and then followed up by putting in a sealant to ensure there were no leaks. They gave the system a clean bill of health. I highly recommend them. Jeremy is honest and straight forward.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
