Desert Diamond Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning is a fantastic, trustworthy company. We were very pleased with the service we received when we had two heat pumps replaced. Cody manner makes you feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and informative about the heat pumps they offer. The entire service crew, led by Ben, was terrific. They brought everything they needed to keep our house as dust-free as possible and make the installation pain-free. We observed how they worked cohesively and efficiently as a unit. From the top to the bottom, the owner and staff were eager to help, friendly and the most customer service oriented people we have ever dealt with. The follow up visits have been nothing short of top notch. We would definitely recommend Desert Diamond Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning to our friends and family.

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2016 that was built in 2000. Clearly the original owner did not have a proper owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home.

The air distribution was poorly designed and installed. The master bedroom would not cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Amazing someone tolerant this condition for so long.

In our energy audit it was noted a few items poorly installed and poorly distributed, massive duct leakage and poor insulation in the attic space and on the ductwork.

The overall audit was very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill), modified air distribution, dampers and new air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.

David and his team came out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the two long days but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

I went through Universal to have solar put on my house. My representative, Alan was amazing!! He took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. He is extremely efficient and always responds quickly. Shortly after having the panels installed, my bill started to dramatically drop. I would highly recommend them and especially Alan if you're considering going solar.
